Raven Software has given Call of Duty: Warzone players a sneak peak at an upcoming change to how one of the Killstreaks works in the Battle Royale and Resurgence modes during Season 2.
Modern Warfare III and Warzone Season 1 Reloaded didn't have the smooth launch that players had hoped for, with various issues plaguing both MW3 and Warzone, left players unable to even play the game.
As a form of appeasement to fans, Raven Software took to X (formerly Twitter) to share some upcoming changes to Warzone. One of these includes an update to the Precision Airstrike Killstreak.
Precision Airstrike notifications have been a little broken recently. Players weren't getting the on-screen notification to let them know a strike was imminent meaning they got wiped out without warning.
This issue has now been fixed and Raven are taking it one step further. Players will be able to see the path of the Airstrike will now drop its bombs on, meaning they can get out of the line of fire in time.
This is a welcome Quality of Life change that many players have been asking for for years at this point. This feature will be introduced to Warzone on February 7 when Season 2 launches.
