During your time in DMZ Vondel you may come across a 'Diver Crate' Key. This is one of the more hidden locations for a locked space on the latest map. It is found inside of a sunken House Boat.
Head Northwards from Museum or East from Police Station to the canal. Dive into the water and you will find a sunken House Boat. Swim in through the window and unlock the Diver Crate.
