How to Unlock the Grau 5.56 in Warzone Season 03

This is a quick guide on how to unlock the Grau in Warzone Season 03. The Grau 5.56 was a very popular Assault Rifle choice in the early days of Warzone back in 2020 and Modern Warfare (2019). It offered great recoil control and stopping power at range, making it the go-to-weapon of choice for many players.

It is now back in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, well, kind of, it comes with a bit of a caveat. The weapon itself is not back but you can 'build' it using the latest Weapon Attachment. It will look and feel almost identical as it did in the OG days of Warzone, that being said the iron sights aren't quite as clean as they once were but it's back all the same.

How to Unlock the Grau 5.56 in Warzone Season 03

The Grau 5.56 is technically not it's own weapon in Black Ops 6 and Warzone, it is an Attachment that can be found in the Season 03 Battle Pass for the previously included Swat 5.56 Marksman Rifle.

You'll find the Swat 5.56 Grau Conversion on the 5th page of the Season 03 Battle Pass. You'll need to earn Battle Pass Tokens to progress your way to it with in-game time. If you purchase the Blackcell Upgrade in Season 03 you'll receive an additional 20 Tier Skips for free, meaning you can almost immediately unlock it.

Once you have unlocked the Attachment you can apply it to the Swat 5.56 to make it look (nearly) and feel like the original Grau 5.56. The Attachment comes under the Fire Mods category of the Attachments.

It does have to be said that the iron sights, which were renowned for being insanely clean on the original weapon, are a bit of a let down with the Conversion kit applied, but maybe that's a bit nit picky of us.
