The Static-HV is unlocked via the Warzone Season 5 Battle Pass, Sector 6.

Flightless Bird - In Zombies, Get 250 Kills in the Medium or High Threat Zone with the Static-HV (Level 20)

Golden Enigma - Get 100 Kills and Successfully Exfil with the Static-HV in a single deployment of MWZ
Zircon Scale - Get 300 Kills with the Static-HV while it's Pack-a-Punched in MWZ
Serpentine - Get 10 Special or Elite Zombie Kills with Static-HV in MWZ
