Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Warzone Season 4 Reloaded launch tomorrow, June 26, offering players a wealth of new content to explore, including two "brand-new" weapons.
The arsenal comprises two weapons: a classic shotgun and a melee weapon. The Reclaimer 18 offers a modern take on the iconic SPAS-12 Shotgun, renowned as one of the most well-known shotguns globally. The second weapon is a melee type: the Sledgehammer.
The Reclaimer 18 shotgun is obtainable through the Classified Sector of the Season 4 Battle Pass, which entails a sequence of challenges that players must complete to earn the shotgun as the primary reward.
It is reported that the Reclaimer 18 will feature an Akimbo attachment, allowing players to dual-wield this beloved weapon in both multiplayer and Warzone. The potential for this to be unbalanced is a topic of discussion among fans.
The Sledgehammer melee weapon is the next addition. This new weapon can be acquired by completing a series of Weekly Challenges in Modern Warfare III, Modern Warfare Zombies, or Warzone.
Once again, players will experience the Sledgehammer in a Call of Duty game, a weapon that has featured in multiple titles over the years. In previous iterations, this melee weapon provided substantial damage but was balanced with a slow swing to moderate its effectiveness.
