Call of Duty has publicly stated that classic Warzone maps Fortune's Keep and Rebirth Island would be returning to the Battle Royale mode at some time in 2024, with rumors circulating that we can expect to drop back into Verdansk this year too.
No official release date has been given for the two original Resurgence maps but we do have a launch window for them.
Fortune's Keep will be the first map to re-release in Warzone and is expected in "early 2024". This could mean it arrives as soon as Season 2 or Season 2 Reloaded.
Rebirth Island has the release schedule of "later in 2024" that has led some to speculate a Summer 24' launch date or even for it to release along side Call of Duty 2024 in October/November.
Verdansk is also tipped to be the launch map for the next iteration of Warzone led by Treyarch who are expected to release Call of Duty: Black Ops Gulf War later this year.
Fans have been asking for a long time now that Rebirth Island and Verdansk to return to Warzone and those requests have finally been answered.
